I went to see Stewart after an orthopedic surgeon told me to give up running due to wear and tear on the cartilage in my knee. He got me back up and running (literally) and gave me great advice to avoid such injuries and prolong and protect my knee, and most importantly continue running long-term. I like his professional, knowledgeable, direct, no nonsense approach and the fact he delivers results. And he's very nice!

Greg is amazing I had an issue with my lumbar spine for 6 months before seeing him. He released it for me and suggested exercises which was very valuable to me as a personal trainer. The whole reception team are very helpful and everyone is super friendly. Always recommending w5 physio to my clients.

I went to W5 Physio for a shoulder injury and would recommend it to anyone and will return if I get injured again. Great treatment, lovely friendly and outgoing team and well organised. I found the app, with the reminders and demonstrations vital, to ensure I did the exercises and recovered quickly.

Antonis treated my 14 year old son for a strained back muscle. We saw him twice and on both occasions he demonstrated considerable care, concern and knowledgeable treatment along with the recommendation of a number of practical exercises, supported by helpful video links. We would highly recommend him.

Incredible service. I’ve had shoulder pain for 6 weeks. Stewart diagnosed the issue within 5 mins and then suggested possible treatment options including a steroid injection. I selected to go down the route of an injection which was performed under ultrasound guidance! What an incredibly efficient and professional service. Shoulder pain completely gone now! One of the few times I wanted to pay more than I was billed but they politely declined 😊 Thank you team.

I'm very happy with the treatment I got from Antonis at W5 Physio! I'd had a sore neck for months (probably a year or so), literally 2 sessions later, it's gone! Not only did he give me some exercises to do everyday between sessions, but he also treated me with acupuncture during the sessions. I've come away with an exercise programme to do to strengthen the muscles around my neck and shoulders, to prevent the issue from returning. Thanks Antonis!!

Went to W5 for treatment on a foot injury. Had initial consultation with Themis who made me feel at ease straight away. He developed a treatment plan and rehab which worked very well. Highly recommend W5 - Haven Lane. Friendly and informed staff.

I had been struggling with a shoulder problem for a number of years and had various treatments with no success. Tried W5 physio and Antonis had it sorted out within no time. Absolutely brilliant physio, wish I'd gone years ago. Would highly recommend!
